NCCS Road Express, a Goods Carriage company, operates the NCCS Shipment Operations mobile application (the "App"), a logistics and warehouse management platform for its business. This Privacy Policy describes our data practices for users of the App. NCCS Shipment Operations is a business-to-business (B2B) application. Individual users do not create accounts. Client companies are onboarded by NCCS, and employee access credentials (username and password) are issued directly by NCCS. Users have no ability to register, sign up, or submit personal information through the App.
We collect minimal information. The App does not ask users to enter any personal details such as name, phone number, email address, or ID number.
Usernames and passwords are assigned and provided to users by NCCS. Users do not choose or enter their own personal information during login setup. Passwords are stored in encrypted form on our servers.
The App may request access to your device's camera solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes related to warehouse and inventory operations (e.g., scanning shipment labels). This permission is entirely optional. The camera is only active when you deliberately use the QR scan feature. Photos or images are captured, stored, and transmitted at time of capturing Proof Of Delivery Information. If you deny camera permission, other than “Scanning and Capturing Proof of Delivery” App features remain fully functional.
We do not collect any of the following: Name, email address, phone number, or any contact information Location data (GPS or network-based) Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IMEI Crash reports, analytics, or usage statistics Payment or financial information Photos, videos, or media from your device Contacts, calendar, or any other device data
The limited information associated with your account is used only to: Authenticate user and grant access to the App Enable core App functionality: inventory management, shipment tracking, and warehouse operations Maintain operational records and audit logs We do not use any data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.
User’s App account is created and managed by NCCS. As a result: NCCS can create, modify, or deactivate user account at any time. Operational records and activity logs within the App may be visible to NCCS. If a user account is required to be deactivated, please contact NCCS directly.
Account credentials and operational data are stored on secure server. We implement the following security measures: Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form — plaintext passwords are never stored or transmitted All data transmission between the App and our servers uses HTTPS encryption (TLS) Access to backend systems is restricted to authorized NCCS personnel only We do not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or cloud services beyond our hosting provider. No user data is shared with any external service.
Account credentials and associated operational records are retained for as long as the NCCS deems it necessary..
NCCS Shipment Operations is a professional workplace application intended for use by employees aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has been granted access, we will deactivate the account immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The latest version will always be available at https://nccsroadexpress.com/privacy.
